The LBJ Library provides tables and chairs as part of the rental fee, however, there is an additional and required labor cost for the setup. The cost of this labor can range $200-400.

The library manages the setup with the University of Texas, including the work orders and scheduling.

The library does not provide linens. We recommend that you rent linens through your caterer.
