Which membership levels receive invitations to Evening With speaker programs?

Members at the Individual level and above receive invitations to the Evening With speaker series and other Friends special events.

How will I know about upcoming Evening With programs?

A Friends monthly e-newsletter containing a schedule of upcoming events goes out the first week of each month. An up-to-date schedule of programs is also available in the Upcoming Events section of our website.

How do I make a reservation for an event?

Friends members can email reservation requests to friends@lbjfoundation.org. Email reservations will receive a confirmation reply. Please note that reservations are not accepted by phone.

Can I lend my membership card to a friend?

A membership card may only be used by the person named on the card. Membership cards should not be passed on to third parties for use at Friends events. If you would like your friend to enjoy member programming, consider purchasing a gift membership.

Can I bring a child to a Friends program?

We appreciate having interested young people in our program audience. However, you must be 21 years or older to attend a reception in the Great Hall.
