Our Start
In 2002, Catherine Robb, President Johnson's granddaughter and a local attorney, and other emerging leaders in the Austin community, formed the LBJ Future Forum to encourage a new generation of involvement in the LBJ Presidential Library and the Austin community.

Our Mission
Our mission is to foster bipartisan discussion and greater civic involvement within our Austin community.
We do this by hosting a series of thought-provoking forums to further the dialogue about current issues and engage the Austin community and beyond, so that we can win the tomorrows before us as President Johnson encouraged us to do.
Who We Are
The Future Forum is a vibrant and energetic public policy discussion forum known and recognized for its programs and leadership.
We are also a membership organization, with diverse ethnic, cultural, and political perspectives, that strives to provide opportunities for members to engage in dialogue about the social, political, and civic issues facing us today.

Our Members
- More than half are between the ages of 21-50

Yesterday is not ours to recover, but tomorrow is ours to win or to lose. I am resolved that we shall win the tomorrows before us.
